Doctors Day Celebrations, on 01 Jul 2017

National Doctors day (1st july) in India is a big awareness campaign offering great opportunities to all to get aware about the roles, importance and responsibilities of the doctors. This day is celebrated in the memory of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy in order to pay honour to the entire medical profession. Smt.T.Annapurna (IPS, Superintendent of Police) of Vikarabad, Chief Guest for the Doctors Day has stated that if any trauma occurs to any one after saying mothers name the next word that comes out is Doctor, they are the healers and next to only God. Dr.N.Udaya Kiran, Dean, MIMS felicitated the senior most doctors Dr.Sabeeha Sultana and Dr.B.Raghavendra Rao of Vikarabad and Paragi respectively.
